镍铬合金与钴铬合金烤瓷冠对龈沟液量及其成分的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价镍铬合金、钴铬合金烤瓷冠对牙周组织的影响。方法:选择需要制作镍铬合金、钴铬合金烤瓷冠的患者各30例,分别于修复前、戴牙1周、1、3、6个月提取其龈沟液并检测AST、ALP活性及内毒素含量,分析龈沟液的量及AST、ALP活性和内毒素含量变化。结果:2组烤瓷冠组戴牙后1周、1、3、6个月龈沟液量与修复前差异无显著性(P>0.05)。龈沟液中AST、ALP及内毒素含量均有所增高,钴铬组戴牙后1月ALP、内毒素含量与备牙前比较P>0.05,2组其他时间点分别与修复前比较P<0.05。镍铬组戴牙后3月ALP含量较高(P<0.05),6月AST含量较高,其他时间点2组各项指标相比较P>0.05。结论:镍铬合金烤瓷冠对龈沟内的ALP、AST活性及内毒素的量有一定的影响,2种烤瓷冠差异不明显。Objective： To investigate the influence of Ni-Cr alloy and Co-Cr alloy casted porcelain fused crown on periodontal tis- sue. Methods： 60 patients were treated by porcelatin-fused-to-metal crown and were voluntarily divided into Ni-Cr alloy group and the Co- Cr alloy group （ n = 30 ）. Gingival crevicular fluid volume （ GCF）, endotoxin, alkaline phosphatase （ALP） and aspartate （AST） in GCF were measured before restorative preparation, 1 week after cemention of temporary crown, 1, 3 and 6 months after premanent restoration. Data were statistically analysed. Results： After restoration GCF quantity was not changed significantly （P 〉 O. 05 ） and there was not significant difference between 2 groups （P 〉 O. 05 ）. ALP, AST, endotoxin in GCF increased （P 〈 0.05 ）, except ALP and endotoxin in Co- Cr group 1 month after restoration （P 〉 0.05）. Between the 2 groups most measurements at most time points there was no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ） , except that ALP at 3 month and AST at 6 month in Ni-Cr group were high- er than in Co-Cr group（P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： The Ni-Cr alloy and Co-Cr alloy casted porcelain fused crown both have some effects on the levels of endotoxin, AST, ALP and the amount of GCF. There is no significant difference between the 2 alloys.
