摘  要:目的:探讨应用骨胶原及富血小板纤维蛋白保存牙槽嵴的技术要点,评估其临床效果.方法:选择2006- 07~2010- 01间36 例(42 颗患牙)上前牙拔牙同期应用骨胶原及富血小板纤维蛋白保存牙槽嵴的病例,延期种植、修复,进行临床和放射学评估,随访时间平均14.6 个月(3~48 个月).结果:42 个牙位中的5 个牙位早期种植,37 个牙位延期种植;42 个牙位中的21 个牙位简单种植,7 个牙位种植手术结合软组织移植,14 个牙位种植手术结合GBR植骨.平均牙间乳头指数2.8,平均边缘骨吸收0.27 mm,种植体成功率100%.结论:应用骨胶原及富血小板纤维蛋白保存牙槽嵴短期临床效果满意.Objective: To evaluate the effects of Bio-Oss Collagen and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) in maxillary anterior region for ridge preservation. Methods: From July 2006 to January 2010, 42 teeth in maxillary anterior region of 36 patients were extracted and treated with Bio-Oss Collagen and PRF immediately. Implantation and restoration were completed subsequently. Data of clinical and radiographic examinations were collected during the follow-up period ranged from 3 to 48 months. Results: Early implant placement was applied in 5 of the 42 sites, and delayed implant placement in the other 37 sites. Implants were directly placed in 21 of 42 sites, implants with connective tissue grafts were placed in 7 sites, implants with GBR were placed in 14 sites. The gingival papilla index was 2.8 on average, the marginal bone resorption was 0.27mm on average, and implantation success rate was 100%. Conclusion: Bio-Oss Collagen combined with platelet-rich fibrin is effective in the ridge preservation in maxillary anterior region in short term fol- low- up.
