摘 要:目的:探讨葡萄糖浓度对婴幼儿龋(early childhood caries,ECC)和无龋(caries-free,CF)儿童牙菌斑中白色念珠菌临床分离菌株的产酸性和粘附性的影响。方法:将白色念珠菌临床分离菌株(ECC组26株,CF组24株),接种至不同葡萄糖浓度的沙氏液体培养基,以pH计测定其产酸能力;同时将菌液接种至羟基磷灰石片表面,对粘附至羟基磷灰石片表面的白色念珠菌进行平板培养,采用菌落形成单位计数法评定其粘附能力。结果:ECC组和CF组白色念珠菌的产酸和粘附能力随培养基中葡萄糖浓度(0.01~0.15 mol/L)的升高而增强。但在葡萄糖浓度为0.1 mol/L与0.15 mol/L时,2组白念珠菌的产酸能力无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在同一葡萄糖浓度下,ECC组和CF组中白色念珠菌的产酸和粘附能力的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在一定浓度范围内,葡萄糖可增强白色念珠菌临床菌株的产酸及粘附能力;婴幼儿牙菌斑中白色念珠菌的产酸性和粘附性不存在菌株间的差异性。Objective: To study the influence of different glucose concentrations on acidogenicity and adhesion of Candida albicans (CA) isolated from dental plaques of children. Methods: 26 CA isolates from dental plaques of children with early childhood caries were used in ECC group and 24 strains from children without caries in CF group. The isolates were inoculated into Sabouraud liquid medium with glucose (tool/L) of 0.01,0.05, 0.1 and O. 15 at 37 ℃ for 48 h respectively, the terminal pH of medium was detected by pH meter for acidogenicity evaluation. Furthermore, all the strains were inoculated onto the surface of hydroxyapatite plate, and colony formation unit(CFU) assay was used for adhesion ana/ysis. Results: With the increasing of glucose concentration(mob^L) from 0. O1 to O. 1, ApH and CFU values increased in ECC and CF groups(P 〈0.05). ApH values between O. 1 mol/L group and 0.15 mol/L group showed no significant difference in both ECC and CF groups(P 〉0.05). At the same concentrations of glucose, there was no significant difference of ApH and CFU values between ECC and CF groups(P 〉0.05). Conclusion: Within a certain concentration, the abilities of acidogenicity and adhesion of Candida albicans increases with the increase of glucose concentration, and there is no difference between the isolates of CA from ECC and CF subjects.
