牙龈环切辅助牙周炎患牙正畸压入治疗效果的对比研究

摘　　要：选取49 颗伴有附着丧失的牙周炎患牙,随机分为2 组,在牙周基础治疗后开展正畸治疗,实验组（34 例）在排齐整平阶段配合牙龈环切术,对照组（15 例）不进行牙龈环切,治疗前后使用平行投照根尖片来测量牙冠和牙根比例的变化以及釉牙骨质界-牙槽嵴顶高度的变化量.经过6~9 个月的正畸治疗完成排齐整平,患牙覆盖改善,覆正常,牙弓spee曲线减小,牙龈无红肿,牙周袋无加深,无明显探诊出血.实验组患牙平均被压入（0.73±0.56） mm,冠根比例改善了（13±12）%;对照组患牙平均被压入（0.23±0.14）mm,冠根比例改善了（4.53±3.14）%.During aligning and leveling stage of orthodontic therapy, 58 teeth with periodontitis and attachment loss were divided into 2 groups randomly. The teeth in trial group （n = 34） were treated by circumferential supracrestal fibrotomy, and the control group without opera- tion. The crown-root ratio and cemento-enamel junction to alveolar crest height were measured on periapical radiographs taken by parallel technique before and after treatment. After 6 -9 month-treatment, the overjet was improved, overbite became normal, spee curve was de- creased, and the periodontal health maintained well. The average amount of intrusion into the bone was （0.73 ± 0.56） mm and crown- root ratio was improved by （13 ± 12）% in the trial group. The corresponding values of the control group were（0.23 ± 0.14）mm and （4.53 ± 3.14） % respectively.
