摘　　要：用纯钛分体桩冠修复低龈距离下颌第一磨牙牙体缺损,按临床修复常规完成基牙牙体预备,用注射型硅橡胶印模材料取印模,制作纯钛分体桩冠,用树脂水门汀对修复体进行粘固,完成修复,在2例患者的修复治疗中取得良好效果。2 cases of mandibular first molar with low occluso-gingival distance were restored by divergent post crown, the preparation of a- butment teeth was made by common procedure. Accurate impression was taken with silicone, custom casting separate post crown of Ti was fabricated. The two parts were cemented together with resin cement. Satisfactory results were obtained in the 2 cases treated by the divergent post crown.
