摘　　要：目的探讨DC-CIK免疫干预前后晚期结直肠癌患者凝血功能及D二聚体的变化。方法选择DC-CIK免疫干预的40位晚期结直肠癌患者,在G-CSF动员前5天内及DC-CIK免疫干预1个月后行凝血功能及D二聚体的检测。选择健康成年人43例行凝血功能及D二聚体检测作为对照。比较DC-CIK免疫干预前、后及健康成年人的凝血功能及D二聚体的差异。结果 C-CIK免疫治疗后D二聚体明显降低(P=0.005),但仍明显高于健康成年人(P=0.03),FIB也明显下降但未显示统计学差异(P=0.067)。结论 DC-CIK免疫干预可降低晚期结直肠癌患者的D二聚体水平,降低静脉血栓风险。Objective To explore the changes of coagulation and D-dimer after DC-CIK immunotherapy in advanced colorectal cancer patients. Methods 40 cases of advanced colorectal cancer patients were treated with DC-CIK immuno- therapy,all the patients were tested coagulation and D-dimer at five days before G-CSF mobilization and at 1 month af- ter DC-CIK immunotherapy. At the same time,43 healthy adults were tested the same items. Results After DC-CIK immunotherapy,D-dimer decreased significantly （P= 0. 005）, but still higher than healthy adults （P = 0.03）, FIB de- creased also but no statistically difference（P=0. 067）. Conclusion DC-CIK immunotherapy can reduce the level of D- dimer,decrease the risk of venous thrombosis in advanced colorectal cancer patients.
