解析延拓在设备红外热诊断中的应用

摘  要:对半球壳热设备和无限长半圆柱壳热设备,根据界面的边界条件把红外扫描的外表面温度分布函数解析延拓至整个球面和柱面,利用红外测温技术诊断球壳热设备和长圆柱壳热设备内部运行状态的方法就可推广到半球壳和无限长半圆柱壳热设备,为此类设备内部温度分布及内壁缺陷的实时监测提供了理论依据。For semi-hollow spheroid heat equipment and infinite half-cylinder heat equipment,according to the bound-ary conditions of the interface,the outer surface temperature distribution function by the infrared scanning is extendedto the whole spherical and cylindrical surface by the analytical continuation.The method that the internal state of sphe-roid heat equipment and cylinder heat equipment is diagnosed by the infrared temperature measurement is popularizedto semi-hollow spheroid heat equipment and infinite half-cylinder heat equipment,which provides the theoretical basisfor testing internal temperature distribution and inner defect.
