热休克蛋白47在人肝癌癌周组织和大鼠胃溃疡组织中的表达和意义

摘　　要：目的　研究热休克蛋白 47(HSP47)在人肝癌癌周组织以及大鼠胃溃疡组织中的表达和分布 ,并讨论其意义。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法检测了 6例肝癌手术切除标本及乙酸诱导后不同时间大鼠胃溃疡组织标本内HSP47的表达和定位。结果　人肝癌包膜、癌旁肝纤维化纤维间隔内的纤维细胞以及在纤维间隔附近肝细胞周围的星状细胞表达HSP47蛋白。大鼠胃组织内成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞以及平滑肌细胞均有HSP47蛋白的表达。溃疡基底肉芽组织内大量增生的成纤维细胞、小血管内皮细胞表现HSP47蛋白强阳性染色。结论　HSP47作为一种胶原特异的分子伴随 ,不仅参与纤维化 /硬化疾病的形成 。Aim To investigate the expression and immunolocalization of HSP47 in liver tissues around hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and stomach tissues of gastric ulcer and discuss the significance. Method Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression and distribution of HSP47 in 6 liver samples of human HCC and 12 rat stomach samples of acetic acid induced gastric kissing ulcer. Result HSP47-positive cells were observed in the capsule of HCC and the fibrous septa of fibrostic liver around HCC.Stellate-liked cells around hepatocytes near fibrous septa also expressed HSP47. In rat stomach,HSP47 was widely distributed in the connective and muscular tissues. Proliferating fibroblasts and endothelial cells of granulomatous tissue in the ulcer base strongly expressed HSP47. Conclusion HSP47 is an important collagen specific molecular charperonn which not only plays a role in sclerotic/fibrostic disease but also actively involves in the process of wound repairing and itssue remodeling.
