摘　　要：目的通过科学方法筛选混合糖电解质注射液的制备工艺。方法对影响制备工艺的关键控制点药用炭用量、pH值及灭菌参数进行研究,并以药物成分含量为评价指标对制备工艺进行评价。结果通过科学合理评价筛选出了混合糖电解质注射液的制备工艺。结论所筛选出的制备工艺能够制备出质量完全符合标准的产品。Objective To screen the preparation technology of Carbohydrate and Electrolyte Injection through the sci- entific method. Methods We had studied the influence of preparation technology key control point activated carbon dos- age ppH and sterilization parameters, and the preparation technology was evaluated by the drug component content as evalua- tion index. Results The reparation technology through was screened scientifically and reasonable. Conclusion Prepara- tion technology was selected completely conformed to the standards of product quality.
