摘　　要：本文分析了烟台大学山东省"新型制剂与生物技术药物研究"协同创新中心获批立项的现状及专业硕士研究生培养的现状,总结了在学科建设和人才培养方面的经验,提出了制药工程专业硕士的培养改革,探索在协同创新的有利条件下,进一步提升产学研用创新人才的培养,开创校企联合制药工程专业硕士培养新模式。In this article,the present situation of Shandong provincial collaborative innovation center of new prepara- tions and biotech drugs research and the professional training of postgraduate had been analysed. Then, the experience in discipline construction and talent cultivation has also been summarized. Under this background, the new training mode for master of pharmaceutical engineering should make some reform and innovation to further enhance the cultivation of innova- tive talents.
