摘　　要：实施素质教育是高职院校实现人才培养目标的根本途径。高职院校只有在充分认识素质教育内涵和全面掌握高职学生身心特点的基础上,积极探索素质教育的有效模式,才能为21世纪培养合格的人才。Actualizing quality education is the basic way to carry out the talents training goal in higher vocational college. Only when higher vocational college fully realizes the connotation of quality education, grasps the characteristics of body and mind of the students and actively explores the effec- tive mode of quality education, it can educate eligible talents for the 21 st century.
