摘  要:目的探讨干扰素/维甲酸联合应用诱导细胞凋亡相关基因-19(GRIM-19)蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法运用免疫组化技术检测68例食管鳞癌、35例癌旁不典型增生及68例正常食管黏膜组织中GRIM-19蛋白表达;采用TUNEL方法检测食管鳞癌组织中的细胞凋亡。结果 1)GRIM-19蛋白在正常食管黏膜组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为80.9%(55/68)、34.3%(12/35)和11.8%(8/68),两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);2)食管鳞癌组织中肿瘤细胞的凋亡与GRIM-19蛋白表达有关,GRIM-19蛋白阳性表达组中肿瘤细胞AI为(5.06±0.93)%,显著高于阴性表达组的(1.12±0.06)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GRIM-19蛋白的低表达可能与食管鳞癌的细胞凋亡有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of gene associated with retinoid-inteffemn- induced mortality-19 (GRIM-19) protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of GRIM-19 protein in the 68 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue,the 35 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia tissue and the 68 cases of normal esophageal mucosa tissue. TUNEL method was used to analyze the apoptosis state in tissue of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Results 1 )The positive expression rates of GRIM-19 protein in the normal esophageal mucosa, the adjacent atypical hyper- plasia and the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were respectively 80.9% ( 55/68 ), 34.3% ( 12/35 ) and 11.8% (8/68) ,there were significant statistic differences among the three groups (P 〈 0.05 ) ; 2) there was a re- lationship between tumor cell apoptosis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and GRIM-19 protein. Tumor cell AI in the GRIM-19 protein positive expression group was ( 5.06± 0.93 ) % , AI in the GRIM-19 protein negative ex- pression group was ( 1.12± 0.06) %, the difference was statistical significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The down- expression of GRIM-19 protein may be related to the apoptosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
