岩舒注射液联合化疗药物胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察岩舒注射液联合顺铂、地塞米松胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法 60例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为2组,每组30例,治疗组:岩舒注射液联合顺铂、地塞米松;对照组:顺铂加地塞米松。结果恶性胸腔积液治疗有效率治疗组和对照组分别为63.3%、43.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量改善治疗组好于对照组(P<0.05);毒副反应治疗组轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论岩舒注射液联合顺铂、地塞米松胸腔灌注可明显提高疗效,减轻化疗毒副反应。Objective To observe the curative effect of pleural instillation by yanshu injection and cisplatin plus dexamethasone in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods Sixty patients with malignant pleural effu- sion were divided into two groups, 30 patients of the treatment group received pleural instillation by yanshu injection and cisplatin plus dexamethasone, the other 30 patients of the control group received pleural instillation by cisplatin and dexamthasone. Results The response rate of the treatment group was 63.3% , and was 43.3% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the improvement of quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the toxicities in the treatment group was lighter than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion For malignant pleural effusion, pleural instillation by yanshu injection and cisplatin plus dexamethasone can improve the efficacy, and lighten the chemotherapy related toxicities.
