摘 要:基于流固耦合和气动声学的方法研究了轮胎横向花纹沟槽结构尺寸及其截面形状对花纹泵吸噪声的影响。运用Abaqus仿真了带有横向花纹沟槽轮胎滚动以获得滚动过程中花纹沟槽各壁面位移随时间的变化信息;提取接地印痕区域内单个横向花纹沟槽并建立与周围空气相耦合的有限元模型,通过对其施加相应位移边界条件来重现横向花纹沟槽在滚动过程中的状态特性;借助流场计算实现对花纹泵吸噪声的预测。结果表明:花纹泵吸噪声随着沟槽长度的增大而减小;随着沟槽宽度的增大而增大;而沟槽深度对泵吸噪声影响不明显;沟槽横截面的形状对泵吸噪声影响较大。Abstract: Based on the combination of FSI and computational aeroacoustics, the influence of lateral pattern struc ture size and crosssection shape on airpumping noise was analyzed. Firstly, the deformation of lateral grooves was obtained by finite element analysis using Abaqus software ; Secondly, the noise simulation model of the airflow field around a single lateral pattern groove in the footprint was established, and then the deformation of grooves surfaces got from Abaqus software was incorporated into this model to simulate tread pattern displacement of rolling tire. Fi nally, airpumping noise of lateral pattern groove was predicted by flow field analysis. The results show that air pumping noise of lateral pattern groove decreases as groove length increases, but it increases as groove width increa ses; the tread groove's crosssectional shape has greatly influence on airpumping noise, but the influence of groove depth is not significant.
