摘 要:在应变速率为0.001 5 s-1、0.015 s-1、0.15 s-1和1.5 s-1条件下,对5182铝合金热成形构件试样进行拉伸试验,建立了5182铝合金修正的Johnson-cook本构模型;通过5182铝合金热成形构件车身的正面碰撞模拟计算,分析了5182铝合金热成形构件的变形和吸能特性。研究结果表明:随应变率增加,5182铝合金的流变应力有所增加,并使断裂应变有所降低。5182铝合金热成形构件车身变形合理,具有较好的碰撞吸能特性。因此,验证了5182铝合金热成形构件在车身上应用可行。Abstract: The hot tension for hot forming part of AA5182 aluminum alloy are carried out at the strain rates of 0.001 5 s-1 , 0.015 s-1 , 0.15 s-1 , and 1.5 s-1 , and the developed Johnson-cook constitutive model for the simulation of frontal impact is presented. The energy absorbing performance and mechanical properties for the vehicle body of hot forming part of AA5182 aluminum alloy are analyzed. The results show that the higher the flow stress and the lower the fractured strain of hot forming part of AA5182 aluminum alloy with the increasing of strain rate. The intrusion dis- placement of the hot forming 5182 aluminum alloy parts is appropriate for the satisfaction of vehicle body, there is a better energy absorbing performance and mechanical properties of hot forming part of AA5182 aluminum alloy for the vehicle body. Therefore the hot forming part of 5182 aluminum alloy can be applied to vehicle body design.
