The contemporary Afro-American feminist novels' writings about the Afro-American women's identity, gender and class issues have corresponded to the critical view and thought category of the western post criticism. Among the schools of the Afro-American feminism literature and criticism, Afro-American women writers have brought gender, race and culture into the Afro-American literature, which not only has made the Afro-American feminism literature stand out as an independent subject, but also has promoted and extended the construction and development of Afro-American women's cultural identity. Afro-American feminism has rewritten and overturned the marginal fate of Afro-American women.
