摘　　要：消化内镜诊疗技术的发展日新月异,迫切需要大量的内镜专业人才。然而,我国现行消化内镜医师的教育和培训缺乏一套成熟高效的体系,培训模式良莠不齐,内镜医师的培训效果尚不能充分满足临床需要。本中心从培训经验出发,逐步摸索建立出一套系统的消化内镜专业人才培训模式和教学体系,收到了良好的教学效果。The development of digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology varies soon. With the emergence of a series of new technology and business, there also needs a large number of professional endoscopists. However, a mature and efficient system to educate and train endoscopists has not been constructed. Here we set up a new system of training upon many years’experience. The training system obtained satisfied effect in the clinic use.
