摘　　要：德育工作在开展的过程中出现了种种问题和障碍,如何解决这些困难,更好地推进德育工作的平稳运行,是每个团的工作者必须要思考的问题。本文结合多种方式了解广西中学(中职)共青团基层组织德育工作的基本现状,探索促进其健康发展的对策。There are some problems and obstacles in the imple-mentation of moral education work, so how to solve these prob-lems and better promote the smooth development of moral educa-tion is an issue for every worker of the Communist Youth League. Combining with a variety of ways, the writers attempt to under-stand the basic status of the moral education work of the grass-roots organizations of the Communist Youth League in sec-ondary （or secondary vocational） schools of Guangxi, and explore strategies to promote its healthy development.
