摘　　要：影响优秀大学生成长成才的因素涉及学生个体的内部因素、大学教育和生活中的外部因素,以及因素之间的有效互动。通过对优秀大学毕业生个案的研究,总结、分析出了影响优秀大学生成长成才的五大因素,初步探索了外部因素与内部因素之间的互动规律。The factors that affect the growth of excellent students include the internal factors of students themselves, the external factors of university education and life, and the effective interac-tion between the internal and the external factors. Through a case study of excellent college graduates, this paper analyzes and summaries five factors affecting the growth of excellent college students, and explores the interactive relationship between the external and internal factors.
