摘　　要：随着科技进步及全球产业结构的调整,我国高等工程教育规模逐渐发展壮大,但在发展过程中也暴露出一些不适应新的经济社会形势的问题,比如办学定位不准确,办学目标不明确,人才培养模式与社会需求脱节等。面对这些问题,本文提出了提升我国高等工程教育人才培养质量的一些设想,以期使高等工程教育培养的人才能够更好地与社会需求对接。With technological advances and global adjustment of industrial structure, the scale of higher engineering education has grown, but at the same time, some problems which go against the new economic and social situation are also exposed, such as the inaccurate education orientation, the unclear education goals, and the isolation of talent cultivation model from social needs. Faced with these problems, we propose some conceptions to enhance the training quality of higher engineering education, hoping that the talents cultivated in higher engineering education are better able to meet social needs.
