摘　　要：班风学风建设对于一个班级的管理来说都是至关重要的,好的管理也能创造良好的班风、学风,两者相辅相成。好的班级管理创造好的英语学习效果。The construction of class and learning atmosphere is critical to class management, while a good management can cre-ate a good class and learning atmosphere, so the two complement each other. Good class management creates good English learning effect.
