摘  要:目的 观察老龄鼠易卒中区基底节血管壁明胶酶A和明胶酶B的表达 ,以探讨基质金属蛋白酶在易卒中区血管壁损伤中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法分析基底节区血管壁明胶酶A和明胶酶B的表达 ,对比研究老龄鼠与 3个月龄自发性高血压大鼠及青年组大鼠的脑血管壁基质金属蛋白酶表达的差异性。结果 老龄鼠基底节区血管壁明胶酶A和明胶酶B表达明显 ,同样自发性高血压大鼠表达也高 ,而青年组大鼠表达极少。结论 年龄因素和高血压均是脑卒中的危险因素之一 ,而基质金属蛋白酶在二者的高表达可能是血管壁病变的重要原因。Objective To observe the expression of gelatinase A and gelatinase B on the vascular wall in the stroke prone basal ganglia for exploring the role of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in injury of stroke prone vessels in aged rats.Methods The expression of gelatinase A(MMP 2) and gelatinase B(MMP 9) in cerebrovascular wall in the basal ganglia was analysed by immunohistochemistry.The difference of the MMPs expression was investigated by comparing the aged rats with the stroke prone spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR/SP),and young rats,respectively.Results The expression of MMP 2 and MMP 9 in vascular wall in the basal ganglial area in the SHR/SP was not markedly different from that in aged rats.In young rats,the expression was very low.Conclusions Age and hypertension are among the risk factors of stroke and increased expression of MMPs in aged rat and SHR/SP groups may be the important cause of the vascular pathological changes.
