摘　　要：通过总结先进试点——福州市青少年校外体育活动中心建在体校工作的成功经验、实践中遇到的困难以及亟待解决的问题,经过理性思考后提出了管理运行的建议,为在全国范围内推广青少年校外体育活动中心建在体校工作提供可靠的实践参考,为更好谋划"十三五"体育发展规划提供坚实的理论依据。Through the summary of advanced pilot---Fuzhou Youth Out-of-School Sports Center was built in physical education school＇s successful experience, the practical difficulties and some problems need to be solved urgently, and puts forward a number of management and operation proposals that to provide a reliable reference work of the Youth Out-of-School Sports Center in the nationwide and to provide a solid theoretical basis of the sport development plan.
