高校创新型体育师资的特征及培养对策研究

摘　　要：通过分析高校创新型体育师资的现状及特征,提出创新型体育师资培养的对策:优化创新型体育教师培养的物质、文化、制度环境;转变体育教师主体意识,全面提升个人能力素质;激发体育教师参与科研的积极性,提高科研能力和水平;强化人才评价的激励作用,将创新作为体育教育评价体系的重要内容。Through the analysis of characteristics and cultivation strategy of innovation physical education teachers in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the training countermeasures： material, cultural and institutional environment of innovative physical education teachers training are optimization; changing physical education teachers consciousness and enhancing their personal qualities comprehensively; stimulating their enthusiasm to do scientific research and improving the ability of scientific research and the level of in- centives; strengthening personnel evaluation, taking innovation as an important content of physical education evaluation system.
