椎管内肿瘤术后复发的原因及治疗

摘　　要：目的 :探讨椎管内肿瘤术后复发的原因及其再手术治疗特点。方法 :对 31例复发椎管内肿瘤的复发因素进行分析 ,并对所有患者再次行手术治疗。结果 :恶性肿瘤及生长部位特殊的良性肿瘤容易复发。再次手术后 ,2 1例经 2个月～ 9年随访 ,症状体征继续改善者 17例 ,无变化 3例 ,死亡 1例。结论 :肿瘤的病理性质及肿瘤生长部位是导致肿瘤术后残留以致复发的重要因素 ;提高手术技能 ,对复发肿瘤再手术 。Objective:To discuss the causes of recurrent intra spinal canal tumors and its principles of the treatment.Method:Thirty one cases with recurrent intra spinal canal tumors were analyzed,all of them underwent other operations before.Result:Those who had tumor remaining after operation or had malignant tumors or had benign tumors but growing in special areas were easy to recur.After other operation,21 cases have been followed up for 2 months to 108 months,17 cases were improving,3 cases had no changes,and 1 case died.Conclusion:The pathological classification and growing area of tumors were the main factors of tumor remaining and recurrence,and the operative results of recurrent intra spinal canal tumors are expected to be satisfactory,if surgeons are skillful.
