摘 要:目的分析慢性粒细胞性白血病骨髓象表现,加深对该病的了解和骨髓象特点的认识。方法观察32例慢性白血病骨髓象,对患者的骨髓增生度进行分析。结果 32例慢性粒细胞白血病患者中,29例(90.6%)外周血NAP染色积分显著下降;骨髓象27例(84.4%)核象极度活跃,5例(15.6%)活跃;29例(90.6%)粒红细胞比值升高,3例(9.4%)粒红细胞比值无特异性;而24例(75.0%)巨核细胞升高,5例(15.6%)正常,3例(9.4%)下降。结论骨髓象总结分析是慢性粒细胞性白血病的一项基本检查,熟练掌握其特征,能为该病的早期诊断提供可靠依据。Objective To analyze the bone marrow manifestation in chronic myelogenous leukemia, and to deepen the understanding of the disease and bone marrow features. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases with chronic leukemia bone marrow were observed, and of the bone marrow hyperplasia was analyzed. Results Among the 32 cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia patients, 29 cases (90.6%) of peripheral blood NAP dyeing integral decreased significantly; 27 cases (84.4%) showed hyperactivity; the ratio ofgranulocyte and red blood cells increased in 29 cases (90.6%); 24 cases (75.0%) of megakaryocyte rose. Conclusions Analysis and summary of bone marrow is the basic examination of chronic myelogenous leukemia, and mastering its features can provide reliable basis for early diagnosis of the disease.
