摘 要:基于茧丝强力与茧丝纤度的关系,验证茧丝在长度方向上的强力序列与纤度序列呈现相似的变化趋势,为将茧丝强力序列引入到茧丝性状的考量体系提供依据。分别对鲜茧直接缫丝获得茧丝与鲜茧烘干后缫丝获得茧丝的茧丝强力序列进行测试和分析。结果表明:茧丝强力序列与茧丝纤度序列的总体趋势是一致的;与干茧丝相比,鲜茧丝的平均茧丝强力更大,茧丝强力序列曲线更凸。故此,将茧丝强力序列引入到茧丝性状的考量体系是可行的,且在更短片段内反映茧丝纤度的变化上具有一定的意义。This paper verifies that cocoon filament strength sequence and fineness sequence in length direction present similar variation trend based on the relationship between cocoon filament strength and fineness and provides basis for introducing cocoon filament strength sequence into the measurement system of cocoon filament characteristics; and respectively tests and analyzes the strength sequence of cocoon filament obtained by direct reeling of fresh cocoon filament and that obtained by reeling of dry cocoon filament. The result shows that cocoon filament strength sequence and fineness sequence have consistent overall trend; compared to dry cocoon filament, fresh cocoon filament has a greater average strength; co( ~,;ament strength sequence curve is more convex. Therefore, it is feasible to introduce cocoon filament strength sequence into the measurement system of cocoon filament characteristics and it has certain significance for reflecting the change of cocoon filament fineness in a shorter fragment.
