苏州缂丝文化技艺保护与传承探析

摘　　要：缂丝作为苏州地区具有代表性的非物质文化遗产之一,目前却面临着前所未有的生存危机。通过分析缂丝行业出现的后继专业人才缺乏、产品应用领域局限、流通市场缺失规范等现状,认为应该积极探索与开拓各种路径及形式,架构从体制管理到技术开发等方面的体系来有效地保护和传承缂丝文化技艺。提出将缂丝文化技艺纳入城市发展规划、设立专门管理机构与基金、搭建文化展示平台、建设人才培养的实体、传承技艺与创新技法、打造精品与树立品牌等具体实施建议,使缂丝这一非物质文化遗产得到有效的保护和传承,享誉海外。Suzhou Kesi as one of representative intangible cultural heritages now faces an unprecedented crisis of survival. This paper through analyzing current situations of Kesi industry （ i. e. lack of professional personnel, limited product application field and lack of standards in the circulation market） considers it is necessary to actively explore and expand various paths and forms to effectively protect and inherit Kesi culture and technology from system management to technical development. In addition, this paper proposes to incorporate Kesi culture and technology in urban development planning, establish special management institution and funds, set up cultural exhibition platform, train talents, inherit technology and innovate for the skills, make competitive products and establish a brand so as to make this intangible cultural heritage effectively protected, inherited and famous worldwide.
