白内障超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术

摘　　要：目的 :回顾探讨白内障超声乳化同期植入人工晶体手术方法的临床效果及并发症。方法 :对 431例白内障施行超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术。结果 :术后 1周裸眼视力≥ 0 .8者占 50 .1 5% ,0 .5～ 0 .8者占32 .98% ,3个月≥ 0 .5者占 92 .73% ;本组并发症为瞳孔缘咬伤 5只眼 ,后囊破裂 2 8只眼 ,其余未见明显并发症。结论 :超声乳化术具有手术切口小 ,术后视力恢复快等优点 ,但不能忽视初做手术者有较多的并发症。Objective:To study the thechnique and complications of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation retrospectively.[WT5HZ]Methods:Phacoemulsification with implantation of intraocular lens was performed in 431 patients.[WT5HZ]Results:Postoperatively,the uncorrected visual acuity 0.5 or better at 1 week and 3 months was 83.13% and 92.73% respectively.The main complications were iris bite in 5 eyes and capsular rupture in 28 eyes.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation offers the advantages of rapid rehabilitation of visual acuity and small incision.However,it must be emphasized for a beginner that it has more complications.
