摘 要:提出了一种面向最小动态传动误差波动量的风电齿轮修形方法。首先,采用子结构综合法,将风电齿轮箱划分为行星级和高、低速平行轴斜齿轮级传动子系统,运用多体动力学方法建立了风电齿轮箱的多体动力学模型;进而依托该模型对传动系统的动态特性和啮合性能进行了仿真,获得了各齿轮副的动态传递误差、齿轮损伤率和安全系数。在此基础上,以传动系统动态传动误差波动量最小为优化目标,以齿轮可靠性为约束条件,对齿轮箱中各齿轮进行了三维修形研究。借鉴正交试验原理,确定了齿轮的齿廓修形和齿向修形参数的匹配方案。分析结果表明,采用该修形方案可显著降低传动系统的动态传动误差,改善齿面载荷分布,提高传动件的可靠性。A gear modification method for wind turbine gearbox is proposed aiming at achieving minimum dynamic transmission error (DTE). Firstly, a multibody dynamics model for the gearbox is established by u- sing the substructure synthesis, in which the gearbox is divided into a planetary stage, a high--speed and a low--speed parallel helical gear stages. By using the multibody dynamics model, the simulation of dynamics and meshing characteristics of the overall system are obtained. The simulated results include the DriEs, the damage rates as well as safety factors of each gear. Based on the above simulation results, a three--dimension- al gear modification study is carried out by taking minimum DTE as optimization objective and the reliability of gear as constraint conditiorL The tooth profile and longitudinal modification parameters matching schemes are determined through orthogonal experiment principle. The simulations results indicate that using the proposed modification scheme, the DTE can be drastically decreased and the load distribution on gear surface can be ef- fectively improved, thus ensures a high reliability of the transmission.
