摘　　要：高职院校一直以来都是面向市场面向企业进行各类科技开发和研究,在国家提倡大力发展信息化和创新产业的新的历史时期,加强知识产权档案的管理,将创新成果产权化,对我国的社会经济发展,为高职院校直接将创新成果转变为企业效益和社会效益,实现产学研三结合具有越来越重要的意义。文章从若干方面浅析高职院校切实加强知识产权档案管理,保护无形智力成果的重要性。Vocational colleges has always been oriented to market and enterprises with all kinds of technology research and development. In the national vigorously promote the development of information technology and innovation in the new historical period, The strengthening of intellectual property archives management will innovate intellectual property rights, it play more and more important role for the development of our social economy, higher vocational colleges directly to the innovation achievements into the business and social benefits, the realization of the three combination. This paper discusses the importance of strengthening the management of intellectual property archives and protecting the intangible intellectual achievement in higher vocational colleges from the several aspects.
