三维适形放疗治疗肺癌的应用效果与安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:观察探讨三维适形放疗治疗肺癌的应用效果与安全性。方法:选取本院收治的70例非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规放疗组)35例和观察组(三维适形放疗组)35例,然后将两组的近期疗效、放疗后不同时间的放射性肺炎总发生率及治疗前后的FACT-L量表评分进行比较。结果:观察组治疗后的近期疗效优于对照组,放疗后不同时间的放射性肺炎总发生率低于对照组,且治疗后的FACT-L量表评分也均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维适形放疗在肺癌患者中的应用效果较好,且安全性较高,对于患者生存质量的改善发挥着积极的临床作用。Objective. To observe and investigate the effect and safety of three-dimensional confor- mal radiotherapy in the patients with pulmonary carcinoma. Methods. Totally 70 patients with nonsmall- cell lung cancer in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group（conventional radio- theraphy group, n=35 cases） and observation group（three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy group, n= 35 cases）,then the short term effect,the total rates of radiation pneumonitis at different time after the ra diotherapy and FACT-L score before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results：The short-term effect of observation group were better than those of control group, the total rates of radiation pneumonitis at different time after the radiotherapy were lower than those of control group,FACT-I, score after the treatment were all better than those of control group （P^0.05） all showing significant differ ences. Conclusion- Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy shows better effects in the patients with pul- monary carcinoma, and it＇s safer, so it plays an active role in improving the life quality of patients.
