摘　　要：全面提高农民科技文化素质、培育新型职业农民是新农村建设的迫切要求。高等农业院校具有科技、信息和人才资源优势,在农村教育科技培训体系中发挥着龙头作用。文章介绍了新型职业农民的内涵,并从我国新型职业农民培育现状分析入手,探索了高等农业院校培育新型职业农民的途径。It is an urgent requirement to improve the farmers＇ sci-tech and cultural qualities and cultivate new-type professional farmers for new rural construction. Agricultural colleges play a leading role in rural education technology training system for they have advantages of science and technology, information and human resources. The connotation of new-type professional farmers was introduced in the paper, and started with analysis of current situation of new-type professional farmers＇ training, approaches of promoting the new-type professional farmers＇ cultivation were explored.
