摘　　要：本文介绍了某医院自行研发临床检验危机值自动报警系统,包括系统模块组成、功能、工作原理,以及智能报警系统的优势和应用效果。应用危机值智能报警系统,有效减少医务人员在危机值报告过程中人为差错和工作量,提高了报警速度和准确率。This article describes a hospital developed an automatic alarm system about crisis values of clinical laboratory by himself,which includes system modules, features ,working principle, advantages and application results. Through application of intelligent alarm system of crisis values, it is effective to reduce the workload of the medical staff in reporting process of crisis values and probability of human error and to improve the speed and accuracy of alarm.
