摘　　要：设计了一种咬口机自动上下料系统。以PLC为主控制器,以触摸屏为人机界面,利用伺服电机、液压装置和交流电机等为执行机构,实现了咬口机自动上下料,从而大大提高了生产效率,减轻了劳动强度,并保证了产品质量。In this paper , an automatic loading and unloading system for the sealing machine is designed , with PLC as master controller and touch screen as human machine interface ,which uses servo motor ,hydraulic deivce and AC motor as actuator .The automatic loading and unloading for sealing machine is achieved by use of the system ,the production efficiency is thus significantly increased ,the labor intensity is reduced ,and the product quality is improved .
