摘　　要：目的：提高我院护士对药品不良反应（ADR）相关知识的掌握程度及ADR报表的填报质量。方法统计分析我院2010～2012年上报的ADR报表287份，通过自制问卷对全院528名护士进行ADR相关知识调查。结果287份报表中全部信息填写完整、概念正确105份，合格率36.59%。结论我院护士对ADR相关知识认知度较低，需进一步加强ADR相关知识和实践经验的培训，以提高我院ADR监测水平。Objective To improve the knowledge level on adverse drug reaction （ADR） of nurses and the quality of the ADR-reporting sheets.Methods Analyze the 287 ADR-reporting sheets recorded by nurses from our hospital during 2010~2012 and survey the knowledge level on ADR of 528 nurses via the self-made questionnaire.ResultsThere are 105 out of 287 sheets reported correctly with right concepts and comprehensive information,which makes the qualified rate be 36.59%.Conclusion The knowledge level on ADR of nurses is low.Strengthening of the knowledge and practice training on ADR is needed so as to improve the monitoring level on ADR of our hospital.
