摘　　要：在医学精英教育渐失的今天,我们看到了它复归的动力与曙光。社会的需求、生源的减少、"三业"的压力等驱动着医学教育从广种薄收到量少质优。医学的悲悯、学界的反思与批评以及主管部门的政策导向,让我们看到了医学教育复归的曙光。With lose of medical elite education, motivation and expectation of its return has emerged. Social demand, de- crease of students, and pressure from academic, employment and occupation pushed medical education from extensive cultivation into fewer but better cultivation. Medical compassion, academic reflection and criticism, and the governmental policy guidance im- prove the return of medical elite education.
