摘　　要："戒杀生"是藏传佛教的基本教义之一,是佛教慈悲精神的体现。在当前我国藏区,"戒杀生"对藏区居民的生产、生活有着深刻的影响,具体表现为在当地"戒杀生"的全民性影响、综合性影响和政治化影响,通过具体的事例引出对藏区生态危机的担忧和藏区生态法律秩序的构建。＂Avoid killing ＂ is the basic teachings of Tibetan Buddhism and one of the Buddhist Compassion spirit. In Tibetan areas, ＂Avoid killing ＂ has a profound impact on the Tibetan people＇s production and life, such as the universal impact, integrated impact and political influence. Through some concrete examples we can recognize ecological crisis on the Tibetan and build ecological legal order over there.
