摘　　要：本文通过先利用建立评级体系,运用模糊综合评价法对广高高压电器ZGS型组合式变电站质量现状进行综合评价,采用模糊评价中的"取小取大"法得出该变电站产品的各等级得分,根据最大隶属度得出该变电站质量的等级水平,认为该变电站产品质量并未发生明显降低,并提出该变电站产品质量优化的改进措施,以综合提高该变电站产品的质量管理,为有效地评价和管理ZGS型组合式变电站质量提供了一种科学合理的依据。The paper builds grading system of Guanggao high-voltage electrical appliances ZGS-combined substation production quality, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the current situation, fuzzy evaluation of the＆quot;small and big＆quot;method of the production each grade score, then according to the maximum membership degree that the production quality level, the production quality is not obvious reduced, and put forward the measures of improvement quality optimization of the production, to improve the quality management of the production, provides a scientific basis for the effective evaluation and management of Guanggao high-voltage electrical appliances ZGS-combined substation production quality.
