摘　　要：教师教学质量评价是保证教学质量的重要而严肃的工作。本文从教学质量评价体系的意义、原则、指标和过程四个方面,对教学质量评价体系进行简要的构建和说明,科学、公正地评价教师,以评促发展,激发教师内在的积极性。Teaching quality evaluation is the important and serious work for ensuring the quality of teaching. From the significance, principles, targets and process of teaching quality evaluation system, this paper gave a brief construction and description of the teaching quality evaluation system to make a scientific and impartial evaluation of teachers, promote the development by assessment and stimulate intrinsic motivation of teachers.
