胰岛素瘤的MRI诊断

摘　　要：目的　研究磁共振成像对胰岛素瘤的诊断价值。方法　 16例手术证实的胰岛素瘤患者于术前行MR检查 ,扫描序列包括快速自旋回波序列T1W、T2 W及脂肪抑制T1W、T2 W。结果　 16例均能准确检出 ,10例呈长T1低信号 ,13例显示不同程度的长T2 高信号 ,T1及T2 抑脂图像肿瘤同胰腺的信号对比增强 ,显示更为清晰。结论　应用MR快速成像技术和脂肪抑制序列 ,能够对胰岛素瘤进行较精确的定位诊断。Objective To evaluate the usefulness of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of insulinoma. Methods Sixteen patients with surgically proven insulinoma were examined by a 1.5 T MR unit,including 4 men and 12 women aged 22 to 68 years. Turbo spin echo and spectral presaturation inversion recovery sequences were utilized. Results All of the 16 insulinomas were detected with MRI. Most of them were hypointense on T 1 weighted images(T 1WI) and hyperintense on T 2 weighted images(T 2WI). On fat suppression T 1WI, the signal of the pancreas was much higher than that of the insulinomas. The tumors were well delineated. While on fat suppression T 2WI,the insulinomas were quite bright. Conclusion With MRI fast imaging technique and fat saturation, insulinomas could be localized accurately.
