摘　　要：运用文献法和逻辑分析法,对高等学校体育课程项目越发细化、学生身体素质持续下降、体育教学进程趋于评价、体育教学环境不断改进后的体育教学改革应注重什么进行了讨论与分析。体育教学内容的选择要以学生全面发展为出发点。体育教学评价的制定要以学生体验锻炼为出发点。体育教学环境的改善要以学生主动参与为出发点。With documentary method and logical analysis method, this paper discusses the focuses of PE teaching reform after the detailing of university P.E. Curriculum, the declining of students＇physical fitness, the tendency of PE teaching process evaluation and the improving of sports teaching environment. The content option should center on students＇all - around development. The formulation of evaluation should focus on students＇experience and exercise and the improvement of PE teaching environment should stress on students＇ active participation.
