胶原海绵的结构分析

摘　　要：用SDS－PAGE法对胶原海绵进行了较全面的结构分析。结果表明酶解法制备的胶原海绵除含有α、β、γ组份以外，还含有分子量高于γ及分子量低于α的组份；其中γ组份是α组份的三聚体，β组份是α组份的二聚体，符合胶原蛋白的结构特征；胶原海绵的γ组份及分子量高于γ的组份含量约是明胶标准品的两倍，分子量低于α的组份含量较少，与胶原蛋白的组成特征相符。In this paper the structure of the collagen sponge is analyzed by means of SDS－PAGE． The result shows that the collagen sponge prepared by pepsin digestion contains components of ＇higher－polymer＇ and ＇pre－α＇ besides α β and γ． The γ being the trimer of the α and the β being the dimmer of the α the structure of the collagen sponge accords with the property of that of collagen protein． The content of γ and＇higher－polymer＇is twice of that of gelatin standard and the content of＇pre－α＇is scare which id consistent with the content property of collagen sponge．
