摘 要:当轴承变形较大时,由轴承变形引起的啮合角变化不可忽略。为了准确地分析齿轮系统的动态特性,以直齿圆柱齿轮传动的平移-扭转动力学模型为基础,根据齿轮啮合原理,找出啮合角与轴承变形之间的关系,并根据Lagrange方程获得系统的运动微分方程,最后利用Matlab提供的函数求得运动微分方程的数值解,从而得到系统动态响应,并进行系统动态特性分析。仿真结果表明,啮合角变化较大时,不但会使啮合变形幅值增大,也会使频率成分发生变化,为了准确分析齿轮系统的动态特性,必须考虑啮合角的变化。When bearing deformations is large, the variation of the pressure angle can' t be ignored. In order to accurately analyze the dynamic characteristics of gear system, firstly, study based on the spur gear transmission of translation-torsional dynamics model, according to principles of gear connection, the relation between pressure angles and bearing deformations is obtained. Then according to Lagrange equation, differential equations of motion of spur gear transmission are constructed. Finally, the numerical solutions of the equations are obtained by a function of Matlab to solve the equation, and then the dynamic response can be ob- tained to analyze dynamic characteristics of system. Simulation results show that when the pressure angle changes greatly, ampli- tude mesh deformation will increase, and the frequency component of it also will change. So in order accurately to analyze dynamic characteristics of gear system, the variation of pressure angle must be considered.
