摘　　要：针对目前城市规划管理需要更加动态、量化、精确的需求,研究利用数据库管理、GIS(地理信息系统)分析,地理编码和空间数据库等技术来建立综合型电子政务系统.通过对实际规划管理的需求分析,利用以上GIS及计算机技术等建立了综合型的城市规划管理信息系统,实现了规划管理中各类业务应用的协同办公及数据共享,为满足日益高效、精细的规划管理提供了可靠的保障.With the demands of the present city planning management more dynamic, quantitative and accurate, this paper researched how to establish a comprehensive e-government affairs system, which using the technology of database management, GIS （Geographic Information System） analysis, geocoding and spatial database. Through the analysis of the actual demand of planning management, this study used the above GIS and computer technology to establish a comprehensive city planning management information system, which realized the collaborative office and all kinds of business data sharing efficiency and careful planning management.
