摘  要:研究了PP大长径比笔杆成型工艺参数的精密预测方法。首先,基于噪音比的正交实验设计模型,分别获得单目标(体积收缩率R1,最大轴向变形R2)下的最优工艺参数组合;其次,基于中心组合设计建立响应面函数来表征制件的变形和收缩,通过ANONA分析获得对目标有显著影响和交互作用的因素,并通过Moldflow来验证数学模型的精确性;最后,通过分配权重得到了综合目标的优化组合。结果表明:响应面预测值和Moldflow模拟值的误差在1%以内,充分证明了响应面(RSM)预测模型的准确性,该方法可以在不同的注塑环境得到进一步的推广。The accurate prediction methods of molding parameters process of large LID pen rod were studied. Firstly orthogonal experimental designed model based on SIN, the optimal combination of process parameters in the single objective (Rl , R2) had obtained respectively. Secondly, the response surface functions were established on the basis of central composite design ( CCD) to characterize the deformation and shrinkage of the parts, and obtained significant impact and interaction of factors on the objective and verify the model accuracy by Moldflow. Finally , the optimal process parameters combination of multi-objectives were obtained by assigning weights, The results proved that the error of the predictive value and the simulated value was less than 1 % , fully proved the accuracy of the prediction model of RSM, The method could further be promoted in different injection environment.
