摘　　要：本文对钟表行业时间同步技术作了概述,阐述了在行业内规范技术标准,建立标准体系的必要性,并进一步对标准体系的架构进行了设计,对建立标准体系的步骤和基本要素进行了研究。The paper summarizes the time synchronization technology in horology industry, elaborates the necessity of speofyin~ technical standards in the industry and establishing standards system, and further designs the framework of standards system, and studies on procedures and basic elements of the standards system.
