复方阿司匹林制剂中3组分含量的同时测定

摘　　要：利用系数倍率双波长标准加入法 ,同时测定了复方阿司匹林中阿司匹林、扑热息痛和咖啡因的含量。其方法简单、快速 ,混合组分可不经分离同时测定。 3组分中阿司匹林、扑热息痛和咖啡因的测定线性范围分别 0～ 40mg/L、0～ 2 0mg/L、0～ 6mg/L。相对标准差是 :3 .8%、3.8%、7.5 %。A new method for the simultaneous determination of aspirin,acetaminophen and caffeine in compound aspirin tablets was proposed.The method was based on characteristics of the tri composition spectra and the data were measured by the dual wavelength standard addition method.The linear range and relative standard deviation (RSD) of aspirin,acetaminophen and caffeine are:aspirin 0～40 mg/L,3.8%,acetaminophen 0～20 mg/L,3.8%,caffeine 0～6 mg/L,7.5%,respectively.
