爱迪加放射液疗综合治疗老年中晚期食管癌近期疗效的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察爱迪加放射治疗老年中晚期食管癌疗效及其副作用。方法　选择爱迪与放疗综合治疗 2 0例老年中晚期食管癌作治疗组 ,并随机抽取同期接受单纯放疗的老年中晚期食管癌患者 2 0例作对照组进行对比观察。结果　爱迪毒副作用小 ,能尽早改善患者症状 ,放疗半量时治疗组、对照组的有效率为 65%、35% (P<0 .0 5) ,放疗全量时为 85%、60 % (P<0 .0 5)。结论　爱迪能提高放疗对食管癌作用的辐射敏感性 ,可以显著提高老年中晚期食管癌局控率 ,近期疗效显著 ,毒副反应小 。Objective To observe results and side effects of AIDI plus Radiotherapy(RT) for advanced esophageal cancer in aging.Methods Forty aged patients entered this trial were randomized into combined group(AIDI plus RT) and alone RT group.Results For combined group and alone RT group clinical response rate of half doses was 65%,35% respectively(P005) and the one of total doses was 85%,60% respectively(P<005).Conclusions AIDI chinese herb in this trial showed improved radio sensitivity and local control rate compared to histological control and there were less side effects.
