上海市优秀武术套路运动员气质类型研究

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法,对上海市优秀套路运动员气质类型进行研究,找出相关规律,旨在为武术套路项目训练及武术运动选材提供科学依据。文章结果显示:不同级别武术套路运动员的气质类型差异不大,不同项目武术套路运动员气质类型差异较大。其中南拳项目运动员多为多血质型;剑枪和刀棍运动员气质类型分布较广,其中多血质相关型较多;太极项目运动员多为粘液质型。抑郁质类型不适合从事武术套路运动。The paper makes a research of temperament of outstanding Wushu athletes in Shanghai city by means of document research and questionnaire. The relevant regularities are found. It will provide some scientific basis for selection about athletes and training of Wushu athletes. The research result shows that the temperament of Wushu athletes with different level does not vary considerably, but the temperaments of different projects have obvious contrast. The most of athletes of Nanquan project are with sanguine temperament; Swords, sabre, spear and stick athletes are with wide temperaments, many of them are with sanguine temperament; the most of athletes of Tai chi are with phlegmatic temperament. The people with melancholic temperament are not suitable for Wushu projects.
